When we were looking for a Drag act to attend my wife's 60th Birthday event we had no idea how to do this. So we Googled it and fortunately, for us, Boogieland came up. I contacted them with our request and a couple of other agencies. I found that Boogieland responded swiftly and clearly and gave a selection of acts. Gus, I assume the owner of the agency, followed up well and made sure we had all we needed. But then stepped back to give us time to choose. Out of all the acts we had we went with this drag queen. Initially I thought that she was on the higher side of the price range, but my wife made the final decision and we went with her and boy am I pleased we did. Although she was more expensive, what we got was AMAZING value for money.
On the day The drag queen and her partner turned up around 10:30/11am.. The function was about 2pm! When we got there around 1pm the room looked amazing as they had set up the sound system and lights and backdrop.. I had expected someone with a bit of a mic and speaker system not a whole music system and lighting the lot! Really professional and the guests arriving had NO IDEA what was about to happen as the drag queen was hidden from view.
Seriously this was an absolutely amazing day and they were simply the best! “Tina Turner quote”... When you are shopping for an act for a party or other important event look at your budget but also look at what you are getting. You cannot go wrong with this drag queen.
